Not really that OP for it's price, but more the timing of the unit combined with its performance. It could probably be toned down and made cheaper to be more like the Luchs. The problem would be I guess the overlap between the M3 halftrack craut mower and the cheaper T70. Perphaps the M3 can be adjusted to be more usefull in its default form - perhaps some on the field healing ability which the Soviets lack. +1 But I think you mean the M5, not the M3 of T1? But it is an extreme good ability. Without panzer-taktics it is gg for the vehilce (if you have a AT-gun). If 40mun is too much for that ability, I don't undestand the community anymore. xDD e.g. if you remove the LMG requirement you save much muni because you don't have to upgrade. In: COH2 Balance

Aura removed, becomes an ability like OKW-Kommandotiger. - Hull-down removed, replaces with trenches. - StuG E no-doc, replaced with leIG18 or a fire-grenade for normal moratrs. - Stun-Grenades replaces with smoke-grenade or OKW smoke. Scrap the passive aura entirely, give it some good abilities. One if them could be a temporary aura that's much stronger but has a muni cost and cooldown and such +1 Kommandopanzer IV would be good, if it becomes like the P4-Stummel of CoH1. As addition hull-down has to got, replaced by something else. Edit: But OST ist still too 1939. Maybe replace the Stummel with a long-barrel version.
