As the title says, it is possible to use mod content (tuning and assets) with world-builder? I remember worldbuilder in coh1 would automatically load whatever mod was last used by the game, and I remember how to activate a certain mod if it chose a mod that wasn't wanted/didn't work, but that relied on the .module files in the main directory. |
Cant you just set the reinforcement action's min pop-cap to 1 or 0? The normal squad will still spawn and take up pop-cap even if there isn't enough to allocate. If not, a possible cheeky workaround: make the reinforcement action delayed, so that when it actually runs the fake squad is already gone and not taking up any pop-cap. |
Well, the satchel is a projectile/entity that can explode when hit. Your Stug shot the guy just as he got the satchel out, but the shell hit the satchel mid-air, causing the satchel to explode. |

As for the Isakovich variants, Im pretty sure those can be used as-well. The only problem with these models is that using alot of them might result in a bit of lag, due to none of them having LOD's, thus being at full detail at all times. Some German models, like the LMG, do work but not only look somewhat bad (they seem to be very early concept models), but also have a missing file that result in a big box surrounding them.
As for the winter/summer conumdrum, I would add a entity to the squad based on the requirement, rather than having to spawn a whole different squad. |
