Thread: Pgren grenade range30 Mar 2018, 02:31 AM Ok I see what you are saying. Unfortunately I didn't keep this replay so I can't do a short video or sequence of screenshots. Long story short, there were two Pgrens alive when they threw the grendade. They had just exited the door of the building. The model that threw the grenade was the one that was killed. That model was standing next to the other PGren, he had not charged forward substantially or anything. I have marked the spot on the map where the second PGren threw the grenade. If you look closely, you can see his corpse in the "white dust" on the red dot. This seems close to double the range of a standard grenade. In: Strategy Desk
Thread: Pgren grenade range24 Mar 2018, 11:07 AM Hi all. I am stumped. I have run into several players that seem to have extended grenade range on PGrens. I thought it might be a different doctrinal ability but can't find it. I don't think it is an Intel Bulletin, unless there is one from the campaigns that I don't bother playing. It's quite difficult to deal with as they get 3-4 Pgren squads and can drop nades on you well before you are inflicting damage on them and thus able to dislodge you without taking any damage from it. I wan't to figure out how they are doing it so that I can do it too. It is a single grenade with a ~1 second timer. Does anyone know how they get the extra range? In: Strategy Desk
Thread: Best Commanders 201825 Feb 2018, 02:57 AM Ive updated my US loadout to: - Airborne Company - Infantry Company - Armor Company I've noticed an issue with T3 Whermacht fast P4's and Ostwinds that I struggle with. I usually go T1-T2. I prefer BAR's over Bazookas. Leaves me with an expensive run to T3 or T4 and struggling until I get Jacksons or multiple AT. The cheaper M10's from Armor Company tend to deal with that quicker. In: Strategy Desk

Rifle Company - Flamethrow - Flares - White Phos - Easy 8 SOVIET Armored Assault Tactics - Radio Intercept = know what your enemy is building - 85s>76s - Vehicle repairs - Sturmovik attacks to force retreat or rape inf blobs - IS2 to be backed by SU76s or SU85s UKF Royal Arty regiment - Early warning to scout for your allies - lots of arty Commando Regiment - Air supremacy operation is OP Mobile Assault regiment - flamer engineer - Advanced cover boost to inf - Commandos - Land Mattress - Vehicle repairs OKW Luftwaffer - Falls = great anti inf inf - smoke - heavy fortification Special Operations - Assault grenades - Flares - Command tank Feustrum - Flamer engineer - Incendiary arty - 280mm arty Wermacht Anything with Reconnaissance Overflight. Fortified for Command tank + Elephant and panzer tactician. Joint Operations for Lefh counter arty, arty and arty field officer. Thread: Automatch: Increased wait times?12 Mar 2016, 04:51 AM I mostly play 2v2/3v3/4v4 AI (Easy,Standard or Hard). I select all of these options to have a broad search to match up easier/quicker. But the last week or so, probably since the latest patch, the wait time for a match up seems to have been increased significantly. So much so that I am getting bored of waiting and going and doing other things or playing other games. Are other players experiencing this also? In: COH2 Gameplay
