Centuar is has a very specific role. punishing Volk blobbers if enemy arty is around. other than that other units can deal with Anti-Infantry.
Comet is basically a late game version of the cromwell, its a flanker tank. Cromwells are bad late game due to the lack of armour, comets takes its place.
Churchills basically just sponge for fireflies instead of cromwells in late game, again because in late game cromwells suck due to a lack of armour.
Cromwells are great but only in mid game. Once multiple panthers or a king comes out they are just a resource waste.
In anygame that goes onto the late game you should always start buying either commets or churchills instead of cromwells. players can beat 2 cromwells with a panther but not a comet (its basically a tie between them)
EDIT: churhills are great in late game 4v4 or 3v3 games but not really 2v2 and 1v1
I find that out of all factions UKF strategys change the most depending on the map and opponents. keep in find i DONT play 1v1.
your starter unit is an IS, you all most always want 4 IS (Infantry Squads) in total by mid game plus an vikers to stop the blobs and general capping, volk ect.
1.Vikers (or a Uni carrier if you have a commander with command unit perk, you will still need a vikers before upgrading though so maybe get a vikers instead of an IS, then get the IS later)

4.Upgrade
5.Sniper (royals then emplacement is a good strategy too instead of a sniper)
6.AT gun (6 and 7 can swap around in order alot)
7.IS
8.Weapons rack upgrade (unless going for an early cromwell)

10.a tank (depend on what the enemy has or you think plans to have)
11. bolster squads upgrade
2 UKF vs 2 OKW.
The game was very even throughout the match and played well by all. There is lots of teamwork in this match from both sides and preservation of units (except the 2 army wipes). both players on a team would attack the opposition at the same time for maximum effect, this occurred on both teams. I had my army almost completely wiped but thanks to my ally i could recover. One enemy had the same occur to him but recovered too thanks to his allies holding us off long enough.
By the end the;
Crocodile Churchill had 62 kills
Vickers mg had 40 kills surviving the entire game. (%2142 efficiency)
Stuka had 56 kills
I am EIectr0n in the match. Ally was a random.
When i call BS it was delayed, it was because of path finding and my hotkey script stopping on me halfway through that fight, thus cause units to die.
43:30 army wipe using concentrated barrage. Note how i force them to retreat then use it on the Healing truck to try to get the unit wipes.
Also there may be 1 or 2 times where you think why didn't he use his concentrated barrage on the truck? thats because it bugged. i called it in and it made the sound as if it was activated but it never did. relic really needs to fix that.
hi guys , in my opinion commet need to change a bit. its movement like panther (a bit better) and its attack effective vs infantry&tank ! not fair
No, you my friend have no idea. The comet does cost more and it requires more fuel and manpower to even unlock. Also your infantry have AT grenade, shreks. our infantry only have piats which cant even seem to hit tanks let alone penatrate them. Also you guys have tigers, elphants, jagtigers or a king tigers by the time we have our comet most of the time. king tigers and tigers are even better at both to the point where AT guns are constantly 1 or 2 shotted by them. even with 2 comets (370 fuel in total) we cant kill infantry that fast.
Yes i have but that costs alot more munitions and requires some skill to cut that sector off. I would love it if the allies had a version of close the pocket, maybe the royal artillery regiment commander should have it instead of the useless perimeter overwatch.
I'm a UKF player and even i agree. its too good for its price. Increase its price or nerf it. While your at it give some of its damage to the sexton and perimeter watch, that stuff is useless
I suggest picking arty cover doctrine it has a lot of advantages for new players.
Im not a pro I play casual you can check my replays vs OKW I think i did a good job with arty cover, I killed 2 king tigers with a well timed arty cover and aggresive push, i almost lost to those massive shreck blobs vickers held on he gave up 1 hour 15 mins.
1) if you manage to save your AEC till your first armor make AEC command vehicle ( it gives a lot of bonus your AT guns will go bonkers .. 30% reload, 30% recieved accuracy is no joke)
2) you can save atleast 400 odd manpower if you spend 150 munition on AT and vickers drop.
3) OKW struggle with supression, so vs OKW 2 Vickers is a must add 3 with drop ability.
4) use of arty cover.. wait of the right time to use it dont use it defensively, be very aggressive when you use it.
my favorite thing with arty cover is watching the OKW players Rage when i use it when my near dead Churchill is pushed up far and in the open. its great. they usually follow it trying to get that last 1 or 2 shots on it but end up dying to the arty cover.
This is the commander every UKF player tells new UKF players to aviod because its by far the worst commander. With the UKF having no non-commander late game arty too its a massive problem for UKF players
1. Early warning is the best thing in it. that can stay how it is.
2. concentrated barrage is horrible. It needs a major buff or a major price cut (50 munitions sounds fair)
3. Valentine needs buff. Its accuracy needs the most buff, the thing cant even hit infantry. it needs to be at least as good as the AEC (this patches AEC) is at killing infantry, plus a little better than the AEC is at killing light vehicles. The way i see it is that it should be good at killing in the early mid game then out classed and becomes an observation vehicle for the sextons.
4. Sextons need a buff. Please relic just make it the same price as the priest and give it the priest stats.
5. perimeter overwatch. I havn't really got to try this mostly just because its very situational and i dont get in the situation where the enemy has pushed into my area without imidiently decaping the area too. and its not worth use on 1 or 2 IS squads because they just retreat then wait until the perimeter watch is over
