Don't know about captured tanks. Did not try it. Once I had great game on Minsk. Elephnat, Ostwind and Command Pz 4 covering middle VP. All hulled down. No way to break it Still, hulled down Panther can laught at SU85, FF or Jackson. Captured tanks that share Wehrmacht tank types can be hulled down ie panther or P4. Allied tanks cannot be hulled down. However i have recovered a Tiger Ace and used hulldown on it. It was the most lulzy thing ive ever seen in a MP game. Tanks that can be hulldownd: (No HT's Pwerfer would be funny) Stug (All Wehrmacht variants) PanzerIV (All Wehrmact varients including PanzerIV F1 Campaign, no OKW) Ostwind (All Wehrmact varients, no OKW) Panther (All Wehrmact varients, no OKW) Bummbar Elephant Tiger Tiger Ace In: COH2 Gameplay

But again, I don't own it, so I cannot test its power. But still, I was asking for railway buff here for ages as well on Alpha brits and finally it was buffed but in the easiet way to go. I would rather see railway without red smoke but with long shell teavel time (check) and loud long sound (check) to bring it with line with dive bomb. Long time, loud sound and red flares mean it will hit absolutely nothing. But of this brits can be fired into FoW, Im waiting for Railway to do same thing From my experience with it, It is a for sure way to erase something that you need to erase if its stationary. It will do more damage in a small area than Air Supremacy. Its a good way to catch a repairing tank in the back-line if you know were it is and kill the truck to boot. In: COH2 Balance

Working vs emplacements and immobile/heavy engine damage tanks. Tho still it is very very slow. What's more, I dont own this brits commander so no idea how it's working but first railway shell will land directly in the middle (wonder with this brits also?) so you can bring down with it howies. The first shell lands very close to the center, It costs 250 munitions, More shells come down, And can be used without vision on the target. In addition the first shell lands extremely fast. From what i can tell each shell does about the same damage as a railway shell. So strictly speaking its superior to railway. With all the whine about Air supremacy going around i am surprised this one is not right up there. As this will kill a truck 100% of the time. With this combined with AS or just simply glider crushing, OKW just feels like they need to place their trucks in the base, And thats stupid. In: COH2 Balance

Being powerless to protect your tech structures from an off map ability is bad design. I think if relic designs any kind of artillery ability that needs to be blocked from base sectors, that design needs to be revisited. It's a pretty huge red flag for OKW. Just think of it vs Wehrmacht if it could hit the base sector In: COH2 Balance

I am sick and tired to explain what yous aid above to all these tards that think brits are not OP. How could they see it though if they play exclusevely brits since the faction launch? There needs to be a distinction here, Brits have OP gimmicks in their army But as a whole they are not OP. They as a army have huge weak spots that are easily exploited And the gimmicks they have are very very strong, Brits have very good comeback potential. In: COH2 Balance

Brits hitting schu mines can do the same thing, ive personally seen it happen more than once. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Some thoughts on Sep 17th patch.17 Sep 2015, 00:07 AM Jump back to quoted post16 Sep 2015, 23:53 PMZyllen The point is that the axis had (or still do) to deal with a lot of one shotting abilities. even now soviet mines regularly one shot 4 man squads. including the obers and fsj's. so the leig one shotting stuff is really not an issue 1 shots early game is bs no matter what faction your playing, it just punish brits the hardest. This includes stupid stuff like Rifle Nade, TM35, Demos, Mortars, ISG its all dumb to loose a 100% squad from one of those things. (You can have a early sweeper but it wont be everywhere) In: COH2 Balance

Monkeys are supposed to stay in the zoo, who let you guys out? as my mate said. bias, regardless of form, is what is annoying. I hate allied fanboys as much as axis. it does seem that brits being based around their emplacements for mid game are in a spot of bother. The emplacements are EASILY destroyed by any axis player with a few games against them under his belt. Stock wehr mortar, leig, mortar halftrack, luftwaffe supply offmap being my personal fav. So now that emplacements are a thing of the past how do Brits survive to get their, admittedly badass, tanks out? Honestly brits needs something to survive the early game now that emplacements are worthless, Nerfing the wasp compounds the problem even worse. Wasp itself is hard countered by 1 at gun And is expensive. Cloaked raketenwerfer makes it very risky to be aggressive with it. Brits have Tommies, MG, ATG, AAC, UC, Engies, Sniper for there early game pretty much with two of those being anti tank. This leaves your early game on Tommies UC MG Sniper. If you use tommies they will get wrecked and incur huge manpower bleed by even using them. If brits have such a reliance on emplacements early game, they need to survive or at least slug it out with there axis counterparts. Without brace they die stupid fast, Some health or just inbuilt damage reduction would really help this. To be honest they feel like what they should be durability wise at vet 3 In: COH2 Balance
