Just a couple minor things: You wanted to have your AT gun as soon as his tank came out (and yes it is a tank) and another MG holding out in a building would have been a lot of help especially with the US do to the only thing that they can do early game is spam riflemen. Not a big a fan of 4 pumas. I guess it worked out for you for the most part but he did throw his tanks a lot... You probably could have used your fuel better with an flak panzer and stug/Pz4. If he would have micro'd his tank instead of just driving them around like go carts you would have lost a lot of pummas. Hope this help lad In: Ostheer Strategies

Thread: M3 and M5 shooting with maingun destroyed22 Aug 2015, 21:51 PM I've only seen the main gun destroyed and still firing when it's garrison with other units. I think the implication is that another soldier takes over for the dead one. Although if this were the case it would be more intuitive that the top gunner is killed like the otheer halftrack. Thread: Feedback Request: 1v1 as Soviets [Stalingrad]19 Aug 2015, 15:24 PM I don't blame you, I'd be scared too. Your choice with 2 shocks was smart but left you pretty vunerable to a luchs. If you would have replaced 2 conscripts with Mgs, have one Mg hold that building over looking your fuel, municipal, and VP, while the other paired up with your shock troops and hunted infantry I think that would have made a big difference on your game. A few of those engagements you lost due to inferior cover, how ever the biggest thing I saw was your lack of support weapon. You had a surplus of conscripts but nothing to back them up with despite you building your T2. Instead it looked like you were going to try to fight his troops toe to toe by raw manpower. You could have easily locked down a few sectors just with a couple of MGs. Hope this helps lad. In: Replay Reviews
Thread: Opinions of Penal battalion18 Aug 2015, 21:24 PM I kinda wanted to know the general consensus for the penal squads. I rarely ever see players use them and ussually just skip T1 all together. I was wondering what makes them so undiserable. I ussually will have at least 2 squads of Penal and 2 squads of conscripts because I find they work well together (conscripts handle utility and penal handle anti infantry) but if my teammate sees them he'll ping my T1 building followed by something anti-semitic so maybe there's something I'm not seeing. Basically you're paying extra MP for better damage and suppression. Maxim does have better Aim time and faster bursts. I haven't used the DSHK myself yet since its been buffed but its worth considering IMO, using Lend-Lease it options up T1 starting options.
