Because the moderators here abide to some politically correct rules, your topic will probably be edited or something since you can't publicly name and shame people, because it can hurt their feelings!
We don't allow naming and shaming of people because, those people are wrong, and I don't think you'd enjoy a person claiming to an entire forum that you use hacks.
And like you said, it will get locked. Take this up with enforcement@relic.com because this is not the place to report people who cheat in the game.
