1cp soviet industry : passive , gives 3 fuel/min , reduces the build time of m3s , m5s , t70s , t34s , su85s , su76s by 35% . When a t34 or su85 dies you can call in a t70 or a su76 respectively for 3/4 of the cost
2 cpsBattle station same cost but can be upgraded to a med stastion or repair station ( just healing or repair ) for munitions
T34/76 crew training gives an additional ability at vet 2 : for 50 munitions t34 fires a single round that does 3/4 of damage but has full penetration 20 secs cooldown
instead of the kv8 call in a double t34/56 call in for 400mp 150 fuel . Same penetration 110 armor but half damage (t34/76) and 400hp of health same vet requirements has cap points ability out of the box gets ram at vet 2

3 cps Elite training tier based upgrade for 40/40/60/60 munitions (t1/t2/t3/t4 ) you can get 15% quicker vetting for the tiers units ( hoping that this will bring more variety to lmg grenspam and gren bulletin spam )
5cps Tiger ace . BEFORE you start yelling
. Tiger ace costs 620 mp 280 fuel , only 1 is available . Stats are the same as tiger but with 5% faster reload and 5% more acceleration . Can use normal tiger bullentins , pop = tiger pop + 9. Comes out with panzer tactician personal . Has 2 kinds of attacks but no "normal" one . 1 antitank ( 200 pen 130 damage ) anti inf essentially like a p4 but with lower scatter . It can change but it takes 30 seconds to do so and has a visible indicator . Vet 1 gives blitz , vet 2 gives 20% armor , vet 3 gives 20 % reduced damage .
Feedback and further suggestions are welcome as long as there are arguments supporting them . It also needs to be said that i my stats sources might be outdated so the stats that are contained may need some tweeking but i think overall the changes are in the correct direction
