So my Infantrie Kompany just blew up without refund...
Welcome to CoH2, build T1, something I've done about... 300 times before. Queue up the construction and a basic capping order for my pio squad, select the Infantrie Kompanie and set a rally point with right click in anticipation of my brave heroes from the fatherland. I hear "We've done it!", hit F2, go to requisition an MG42 with W, (same as stop) and instead I hear a sound in context almost as terrifying as the sound bug...
no more building...
In lieu of ... sorry I can't remember his name, a player who's 1 LT ate up 500 munitions worth of .50 cal, I'm starting to suspect something very fishy about how orders are interpolated.
I understand if you guys want to have a private discussion and that, but in the interests of everyone else and for fostering open strategic discourse, I would of loved to've heard your opinion about it.
Personally, if you're looking for tactical and strategic input, I would post in the "State Office" under which faction you'd like help with. I'm sure one of our strategists will be more than willing to help.
yeah... i often get pissed off the opposite way though, trying to put a squad into cover behind a fence and i keep clicking the fence... it basically does the opposite of what i want to do.
i could see how that would be an annoyance. personally, i got into the habit of click-dragging into cover in coh1 just to make sure facings were right, so i don't suffer from that as much as others probably do.
Lienne Forest was well received and we hope to do some more but it's had 3,000 views.
Tank Hunters and Mobile Defence came out the same week and have had 7,000 and 5,000 - which suggest that straight Commander Guides are more popular.
This is however why I try to add sections on maps to the guides I do
If you would like help. I love to write. I would just need to know what to write. I'm no strategic expert, or at least wouldn't be comfortable with my word being taken as formal advice.
