We could see 222 in all matchup or not.
But IF the 222 is a threat to infantry USF could not have built just infantry and run everywhere. They would think about some protection against an early vehicle.
Same with Soviets. It would definitely delayed some their vehicles or tanks.

Early infantry fights are quite predictable. So learn to play. This game pretend to E sport, in that case player must have good micro and multitasking. If one of them doesn't have it he will certainly lose.
1) Play 2 vs 2 with random
2) Find some players you would like to play with. Because he (she) is good CoH2 player.
3) Offer them to be a friend via steam
4) play until you dislike him (her) because he is noob in your opinion.
5) repeat step 1.
