When I browse the Attribute Editor ,I see this sentence in ebps, below armor.
Compared against the penetration of weapons.
Penetration is divided by armor to get chance of penetration. However, if the chance is less than k_penetrationRoundingAmount (3%) then it is set to 0% chance instead.
My question is, can this k_penetrationRoundingAmount be changed(for example change from 3% to 30%)?
As we can see it has 3 data according to distant(near/middle/far),my question is:is it change gradually ,or jump from one data to another at the edge of near/middle,middle/far?
