What I can do now is only add the Ai cheat resource multiply factor.Is there a way to modify Ai strategy(such as spam maxi MG)?

No it is not possible. Relic do not give us support for AI modding in the attrib editor.
I think it is possible but only coding throw the Win Condition Pack

Actually, Olhausen, there are a number of AI related attributes. They might be limited in scope, but they are there.

Honestly, I have never messed with any of it, and I believe only a few have. So, you will have to try things and read the descriptions that Relic put in there.
