Thread: T34/76 needs love 28 Jul 2015, 16:25 PM Ramming is very lacking especially late game. Thoughts on: - ram on enemy front armour = destroyed main gun - ram on enemy rear armour = destroy engine Perhaps nerf main gun penetration and improve AI ability. T34 becomes support for AT by improved ability to disable armour and added protection versus infantry. Problem with this is it reduces AT that soviets have as stock and adds on the AI that soviets have in teir 3. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Relic, let the community balance the game8 Apr 2015, 13:56 PM I think community balance mod would become popular if it had access to the player search and ELO tables. Custom games are a pain to arrange, it easier for people to search games and let the system seemly match similar skill levels for matches. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: OH Sniper2 Apr 2015, 15:12 PM If OST sniper can consistently survive a direct hit from indirect fire should the soviet have same survivability? Should surviving a direct hit have a cost attached? Is indirect fire now not considered a hard counter to snipers if survivability negates a direct hit for both sniper types? In: Lobby
Thread: Jagdtiger21 Nov 2014, 13:27 PM It is good change for team games, now players will have to think about the map and location before getting a Jagdtiger. Before it was about getting a supported Jagdtiger ASPA regardless of the map. One now has to think a bit more about the location. Can't really comment on 1v1 only dabble in 1v1, but I suspect the Jagdtiger is not all that common and the change would make much less desirable. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Improving the 4v4 Allied playerbase14 Nov 2014, 15:30 PM It would be interesting to see a larger sample size of player ranks, two examples is not really much to go on. Though if true I do have feeling that the large gap in the rankings between Axis and Allied is because Axis are favoured in team games. Any one with experience would know that you put yourself at a disadvantage playing allied especially with random people, hence the large discrepancy in the player search numbers. Experienced players know 4v4 is not a fair fight so why pick the losing team? This is really a symptom of the balance in team games. In: Strategy Desk

Thread: Study on APM?14 Nov 2014, 10:58 AM There is a lot of different opinions on thread which is great. I think I will do study on APM on various matches types and ranks in next few weeks. Thread: Mark Target13 Nov 2014, 17:27 PM In team games there are a lot abilities which are issues especially ones which are spammable. The situation you are describing requires coordination which a is little better then say the strafe runs which highly effective in team games. I understand mark target does bring a lot to the combined arms tactic but without this combined arms it is one few ways the Soviets to make Axis player think twice about their armour in 1v1.
