Honestly if were going to make the Panther worse it's fuel cost needs to be lowered or the other units in it's tier need a buff, badly. Who even started this "making the Panther worse" nonsense? It´s fine, not over-performing as in 2013, not utter garbage as in 2014. A clever Panther player will keep the frontal armor to you and stay at range. God forbid he gets rewarded for that. Thread: ostheer CAS overperforming.8 Mar 2015, 11:22 AM I like how the meta game adapts and shifted from Tiger call ins to CAS, because the Tiger is garbage versus M36s. Now that Ostheer players do something out of the ordinary call in spam, people start to complain, that their blobs are getting hard countered by strafes. I´m not the slightest bit sorry for people clumping up their units, overrunning MG42s and then finally getting their army pinned by an aircraft. Perfect example, without strafes and a competent OKW player, we would have gotten overrun, because MG42s didn´t do shit again. Thread: 2v2 with with high ranked players7 Mar 2015, 23:12 PM This game has it all, blobs, an 81 kill Sniper, King Tiger, Panthers, Jacksons, Easy Eights, US Mortar Halftracks, Priests, insults and bias accusations. Constant action and back and forth. Using every dirty trick to win. Everybody plays to win here. All in all a great game, though. Hugs and kisses to VonAsten. In: Replays

Pain to deal with when you are using Urban Defense. Urban defense is totally OP on maps as Semoiski. It pretty much gives you an indestructible fortress in the first 7 minutes, including an aura and healing. Even Paks and flamethrowers as well as mortars need incredibly long to take buildings down. Add to that the blob of infantry that strives around the forward HQ swarming out as soon as a unit fires on the HQ and they struggle even more. By the time the Stuka arrives you should have made good use of that ability. In: COH2 Gameplay

I have two questions: 1) Does it produce the same amount of resources on every point (ammo, fuel, cutoff)? 2) Does it stack with regular observation posts? Aka is it better if I place it on a territory where there´s an OP already rather than putting it on an unfortified sector? In: COH2 Gameplay

I think 2v2 is the best game mode. It still comes down to the individual players skill. You can´t totally rely on your teammate to save you. It offers more strategic depth as you have to coordinate with your teammate and in most games have to counter more versatile tactics (OKW + Ostheer, USF + Soviets). In: COH2 Gameplay

PGs could maybe do with a slight reinforcement cost decrease. I wouldn´t touch their performance. I disagree on the late game nerfs for Ost. What exactly is too strong? Throughout the game Ost got multiple nerfs to its lategame. Panthers proofed poor before their frontal armor was buffed. The Elefant is highly situational and imo also performing poorly with its range nerf to 70. The Tiger has received a pretty significant health nerf and goes down fast. The only thing that´s overpowered in Ost lategame is the Tiger Ace. Jump back to quoted post27 Feb 2015, 13:01 PMJohnnyB Yes but that means that Ostheer is crippled right now, not USF broken. For ostheer teching is to expensive and its vehicles cost to much fuel. In addition, Mg42 could perform better. That may be the root of the problem. I know what you mean. But currently their gameplay revolves around blobbing also. Additionally the concept of a mobile, 60 range, 240 dmg tank destroyer is broken though imo. In: COH2 Gameplay
