Why all this blame? seriously, i don´t want to insult people that take it maybe personal, but if someone can field a KT and a JT or what ever, you are a really bad player and you probably made huge mistakes!
To field 1 JT you have in nomal cases keeping your fuel the entire game, maybe 1 light vehicle but thats all. And the 66% income means OKW received 33% less than others but other factions get 50% more if you are in the view of 66%.
Get a feel for it, this discussion feels so dumb and retarded
And befor blabla goes on, all my current losses with my team in AT 3v3, 4v4 as allieds are resaults of drop hack (ye was also impressed that this is somehow going) and gamecrashes.
3v3 and 4v4 as allieds is so cheesy, so pls stop complaying about allieds are weak in these modes, it´s only random 3v3 and 4v4 thats suck becaus of bad players and beeing bad is not such a fault as Axis than with allieds.
Or they are playing 4v4, with one ostheer feeding an OKW fuel and OKW truck early defensive ability they can easily field tank after tank, I had a game in 3v3 where OKW trucks held two VP's, they also had the fuel points for a while because the VP's were next to the points, Luckily with the use of SU76, SU85 and guards from me I gave them a good fight on one side, while my friends punished the weaker defensives while I held the line with their heavy defenses, we came up against an early panther and 7-8 KT's during the entire match and won it.
So I have noticed that the self-repair ability given to Soviet tanks with certain commanders can bug out if you have engineers also simultaneously repair them. The tank becomes locked in repairing and it cannot be disabled until it is fully repaired.
This has happened to me a number of times where my self-repairing tanks would refuse to stop repairing and engage advancing enemies, and I only just noticed enough to put together that it seems to happen when engineers are also trying to repair the tank.
I intend to test in a few custom games against AI to see if I can reliably recreate this, but I was curious if anyone else has noticed this ever happening to them?
I have noticed if the tank enters combat it cannot exit self repair.
ok, you can nerf the easy 8 but you will also need to nerf every other tank in the game equally, if you don't exploit the weakness of something then you will be facing it's strengths.
as stated in the other thread I begun, the problem with the stuka is the cost effectiveness if the P47 was as effective as people are saying it is I would continue using USF but it is not and yet this "skillful" ability is was more effective for a cheaper price every game I have played whether it was custom or automatch has had some form of it whether is be the loiter, cas strike or the ROFL this area is suppressed but only for allies which if an aircraft was going over head I'm pretty sure all troops would hit the deck and be pinned, so the axis have the best tanks and tank destroyer tank(panther) 'check', best antitank infantry(panzer grens with panzershrek, volks with panzer shrek)'check', best anti tank field gun(pak40, raken is meh while out of building)'check' and now best air units, an outdated for the time dive bomber that not even a flying tank(IL2) can deal with and does not compare with the glorious world police(USA) airforce.
P47 rocket strafe is a whole separate beast than stuka AT strafe and therefore can't really be compared to it; when using the p47 properly there is very little your opponent can do to pull a heavy back to safety before it is destroyed, especially if you get engine damage on it before you call in the strafe. Placing the strafe to maximize the time the tank needs to spend inside the radius in order to get to safety as well as sending tank destroyers to corral it into the path you want it to take usually resorts in a dead tank, not to mention the planes don't need vision once called in (the call in itself however does require vision.). The p47s are considerably more expensive, and this is justified by the duration of the ability, the radius of effect and amount of firepower potentially brought to bear. This ability should never be used on axis mediums without engine damage, as they can usually just clear the area of effect due to their speed and smaller profile (p47s have a tendency to miss against smaller targets). There is arguably more potential for error when using the CAS strafe than the rocket strafe, considering how accurate you need to be with it, whereas with the rocket strafe as long as the tank sustains enough rocket hits while inside the radius it doesn't really matter how "off target" it is.
Yeah except when the vehicles remain within the circle and deal less damage than a single jackson shell, definately 240 munitions worth, I have 3 panzer 4's in the circle for the entire duration and not a single rocket hit and dealt damage, I'm not asking anything too crazy, I'm saying if a 120 munition strike can clear a vehicle with ease if you don't move it then a 240 munition strike should kill an axis vehicle if it's not moved, like some people have said if your not "skilled" enough to dodge the strikes then you should lose the vehicle, what is so hard to understand if I started only paying 200 MP for conscripts yet grenadiers are 240 MP and there are no changes someone would be up in arms.
This CAS is OP shit is ridiculous, what type of player are you guys that you can't even dodge a plane that needs a location marked with red smoke before it comes?
Seriously? Complaining after CAS got nerfed where a year ago I marked a strafe and any infantry units were auto-strafed no matter if they dodged and both strafes didn't waste time with picking an attack run direction?
Get a grip, if the guys I play against can dodge then so can you ...
My problem is that it is more effective than P47's from what I have seen if the axis players get a win button then the P47 should be annihilate any armour in this area as it costs more but from the track record 10 times out of 10 has failed to do significant damage without missing next to all the shots.
As with fighting axis armour and air the panther is still a far better choice than a tiger as it has superior bouncy armour and slightly more range than tanks, it is also one of the fastest vehicles in the game making it superb at dealing with tank destroyers as opposed to a tiger it's lower anti infantry doesn't matter against USSR as they don't have infantry based AT worthy of damaging the front armour and if a giant blob of conscripts rush you just hit the thruster button and shoot off and leave them in a dust storm, US AT is still a laughable matter but not as ridiculous and guess what both OKW and Ostheer can get panthers without doctrine it is arguably the strongest tank in the game especially for it's price, take a anti tank strike with a few panthers and the allies have no vehicles left on the map.
Which strafe are we talking about CAS single run or loiter?
from what I have seen they both have the same if not similar damage profiles initially it was the loiter but the CAS single run is still extremely powerful given it's cost in comparison to P47, I have yet to see my P47's kill a single axis vehicle in the past 5 games even when the enemy armour is grouped together I see next to no damage dealt, but like I said before I might be getting stupid RNG on the P47's if so I believe they should more consistently hit seeing as a 120 Munition strike can kill 1 and a half ally vehicles even dealing severe damage to IS2's. If I drop 240 Munitions on a strike and they manage to miss every shot they have with all the strafes yet a single run of a stuka can take out 1 and a half vehicles including the strong panther why even bother, I might as well steal stuka aircraft and use them since the american airforce are a bunch of derps and the soviets IL2 cannon is beyond subpar.
