sync hacking or hacking.. these issues need to be punished. How do u expect us to come up with proof?? People have taken screenshots and replays. WE cant magically whip up something with the internal server stuff...

please play the game inverse and load up some 3v3 and 4v4s. you will see ridiculous conneciton issues and suspicious behavior by players and teams |
You realize you can have a poor connection to one location but a fine connection to others right?
but everyone in the party is having the same issue, at exactly the same time
now u may think its a conneciton issue if u play 1v1... but try queuing up as a team of four and having the same issue affecting the entire team. it is suspicious |

There are a hundred potential points of failure between your machine and the server. If any of those go offline, you're fucked. A freeze on your end means you've lost connection to the server, which means somewhere along that line between you and the server something's gone wrong. In order to achieve this on purpose, a hacker would have to DDoS your connection, DDoS the server, or exploit a vulnerability in the server architecture. DDoSing the server is the likeliest method, and is not easily prevented.
Drophacking is disconnecting with the intention of having the trust system decide the match. That's not possible in CoH2 because when one player disconnects the server detects this and gives the win to the other player. There are always going to be other exploits, but none of those are drophacking in the traditional sense.
Bottom line, if you're getting disconnected a lot, it's almost certainly a problem with your connection to the servers.

Adapt your game, keep an eye on what they are doing and above all, stop assuming that you are the best player on your team and that everyone else is at fault for not doing what you want.

It has a set-up time. You can use a trick (attack-move) to FIRE before you do any set-up time at all. That ain't right and should be fixed one way or the other. Either make it always need to set up before firing or remove the whole set-up time entirely.
i think it is a bug affecting the flaktrack and the AA halftrack of the USF. THere is a way to make it move in "half-set up" so it fires almost instantaneously when it stops. |

I know you tend to go 4v4 - was this Random? If so, honestly, what else could you reasonably expect?
I typically go for a full arranged team 4v4. This has happened in the past, but the last game i played really made my blood boil. I hate when i see people saying "help please!" or "need tanks here!" because they couldve prevented or diminished the consequences of having little or no AT. I just want to face palm when i glance over and see a luchs chasing a bunch of retreating units to base and see no AT guns, mines, AT nades, etc. |
Forgive me, i know this is kind of a rant post, but i need to let it out of my system.
It is quite annoying and frustrating when your teammate(s) do not build any AT weapons. I wouldn't mind if it was explicitly stated that they would skip out on the AT; I could always cover their weaknesses by building accordingly. I always build AT before i get any real tanks no matter what (i am a cautious player). It is frustrating to see teammates retreating all their units and getting annihilated because they have absolutely nothing to counter early/mid-game vehicles like the puma, luchs, and sherman.
Just wondering if anyone has felt like this... |
