We failed comrades. Vetlolcake is probably a Relic developer!!!! In: COH2 Gameplay |

I'm starting to hate all the comparatives between T34/76 and PanzerIV that tend to forget schrecks, 100%-effective fausts and faster-shooting Paks. +1 People like to compare the T34 and PZ4 directly but this is silly in the actual game for the reasons you mentioned In: COH2 Balance |

Just sounds like making up reasons to me. You shouldnt have to find a reason why Relic does things. When you do, the validity of the change is questionable. brac, obviously I am not a developer, but I am certain these changes are for balance purposes. Take weapons and units for example. Volksgrenadiers and Obersoldaten use the same rifle, the KAR98k. However, they have different stats such as reload, damage, etc for balance purposes. In: COH2 Balance |

What.... Sp wreck soviet conscripts, engineers, and support teams at close range. I mean WRECK!!!! Support teams get wiped fast if you let SP's get next to your unit In: COH2 Balance |
Thread: Call-in design philosophy - backwards? 10 Sep 2014, 17:14 PM
Wow this is a great suggestion and something I have been mulling over for several weeks! By adding decent tanks to the core design, you let other commanders become viable. The faction is also in a better place rather than relying on call-ins to be good. Call-ins should be something like the old battlegroup from the Rifle Doctrine in COH1. It gave you a boost but it was not an "I WIN" button. Armor call-ins should be there to boost you a bit for that final offense or something you get quickly at the sacrifice of other tech, etc. Right now, as a Soviet player, I feel there is no incentive to tech up (although I always do...don't know why I gimp myself). You use all that fuel to field an average vehicle. However, in a short amount of time, players can use that fuel and resource to field a great tank like IS2 and ISU52 With the nerfs to conscripts, ninja buff to support teams, and nerfs to T34, call-in meta will be even more prevalent. So you'd say that sturmpioneers, can't really inflict damage of the short range class, since their mid range starts already at 3? he says it is almost impossible to go under 5 range since crazy things start to happen In: COH2 Balance |

oh so it is even better to close the distance now? that is good, bu i hate the received accuracy nerf. It seems silly that they are going to be better at mid/close range, yet will take more damage. SMG and close range units are also better overall so i see this as somewhat a nerf to cons In: COH2 Balance |
