In my experience it was basically Pack Howitzer with even less utility and durability and comes much later. Firing AoE doesn't seem consistent. For what it's worth, I fired it onto a huge blob of AFK allied units and it didn't even inflict a single friendly casualty. Friendly fire does 1-10% damage only. No wonder it did nothing In: COH2 Balance

Coh2 will always be a clusterfuck unless they invite several high-tier players and release a überpatch in which every unit and ability is carefully looked at. or just hire miragefla as lead balancer (co-worker/part time/ fulltime) and spend that extra 2-3k pounds every month to pay him. voilá game will be pretty balanced in a few weeks. i mean most of it can be done via skype or is already implement (LOL) in his own mod, it cant be that difficult then, really. Pls wait till hotfix drops today to pass judgment. Previously people were getting paired against high levels and most of the time they would drop on load after seeing cELO. The patch hasn't even been out for 24 hours and already passing judgment is shortsighted and wrong. +1 i would atleast wait untill the gamebreaking bugs are fixed to judge new matchmaking.
