Thread: New USF Marine commander?27 Jan 2015, 17:31 PM maybe you could make it work by making tanks that dont get bogged down by water/heavy snow/ mud/ or ice or something along those lines. giving rifle men a thompson upgrade as a 2-3 cp kinda thing would also be cool. add offshore arty kinda like the railway arty but have it come in kinda small clump but make it take a while to get there. Thread: Voice over IP?23 Jan 2015, 19:36 PM Does anyone else feel like adding Voice over IP or additional chat features would be a good addition? often times I wish I could talk to people in pub games without having to add them to use steam or if I'm using Teamspeak 3 the game is so loud I can't hear my teammates. Reasons: Adding VOIP support such as the way its implemented in Dota 2 would be very helpful to the community as well as boost teamwork and coordination. It could increase verbal abuse but should only be limited to the team your are play to limit this. Implementation: Pressing the talk key should reduce the volume of the game as well as display who is talking or show yourself talking. It does not need to be added to replays as this could require the scripts to be re written. Live stream games would definitely benefit from this addition as we can hear what he players plans are as well as their thoughts and focuses. Let me know how you guys feel. In: COH2 Gameplay

Increasing bleed from vp's would amblify that they are just as important as a fuel point or a muni point making them key parts of the map. Thread: Why did they reduce the vp tick down?23 Jan 2015, 02:32 AM I feel like lately a lot of the games I play or watch end up being a battle of attrition rather than of victory points. Allies may be missing late game but this could be fixed if the victory point timer is adjusted making OKW heavys be a last resort push to take hold of the map. As of right now vp's don't matter in terms of victory and only consist of a background battle that makes for stale gameplay. Its either total annihilation or its just a base rush to see who can kill the most of the enemy stuff rather than hold them off. The game are rarely about Victory points and that is just depressing as it is such a fun gamemode. In the beta sure we saw quicker games but it made holding those points crucial to victor and I feel as though we have lost that feeling. In: COH2 Gameplay

I suppose it would be easy to show the little move graphic you see when you issue a move command though. would you be able to track player camera position? Or would that require the whole code to be rewritten I don't really care for where the mouse cursor is or what the player is clicking on but rather I want to know his or her focus In: COH2 Gameplay
