i encountered just that, and did have a pak, albeit 30 seconds too slow. i expected t34's not a t70 in that situation, poor strategical planning, as even an AAHT, could have been catastrophic.
T-70's I find to be one of the biggest nuisances. They zip by quickly and while in the Beta I would have relied on the 222 to handle it, after the many series of nerfs to that unit, it's no longer even feasible that it be on par with the T-70.
What's amazing though is that historically, because of the sloaping on the 222's armor, it had about the same protective value as the Panzer II Luchs. Same 20mm gun even. Difference was that the 222 was meant for urban situations being on wheels while the Luchs, being on tracks was better suited to off-road and rough terrain. |

@Theodosios, Problem with your advice is that if the Wehrmacht does not tech up quickly, they will be left behind and obliterated by fast Soviet or American Armor, say the T-70 and the Stuart, or even early Shermans and T-34/76 at the 9-minute mark which is completely feasible.
The OP wasn't wrong to tech up, he was wrong to not get the PaK-40 or even two though. |

Oregon is possible if time is left at the end of the trip. Our last stop is basically San Francisco.
I checked on the way old arcade / retro game places so yes they are definitely something that interests me.
If you plan to check out Oregon, take a look at the Coast, drop by and visit me in Coos Bay for an hour. We'll grab a beer at the Blue Heron or something. Also an old theater and an arcade in this town. But the Blue Heron might feel more familiar, it's a German pub. |

Could always check out Astoria, Oregon. Over 300 movies have been filmed and produced using Oregon's varied scenery, most notable in Astoria is of course The Goonies which is a bit of a cult classic from the 80's.
There is also an arcade there, awesome place to visit if you like old cabinet games. Also there is a restaurant there called the Columbian Cafe. Had the best hand-rolled fettuccine with a extremely smooth smoked sockeye and smoked cheddar sauce. It was divine.
Kind of expensive but worth the trip to try their food.
Fair warning, everything in that cafe is hot, temperature and spice wise. |
Im also really tired of this shitty Tiger Call-In Meta, Im also EXTREMELY tired of how CAS can shut you down effortlessly like it ironically happened to the Germans 1944/45.
Except Tigers are pretty garbage and are frontally penetrated by Jacksons that are a fraction of their cost and 3 times their speed and acceleration capable of kiting them to death.
King Tigers are no better, and in some cases, actually worse! CAS Doctrine seems to be the only thing that shuts down infantry spam and infantry blobs, besides you can't blame CAS for being one of the only doctrines that actually does its job and does it well.
On the flipside Allies still have Mark-Target that instantly makes all Axis armor paper thin and they still have Lol-Rocket Strike P-47's. |

Cookieez got it right, it's competitive. When you've got thousands of little snakes all abusing the cracks that make this game as shitty as it is, it becomes an un-fun shitstorm.

You know right that sooner or later that falls and fus are going to be nerfed right? They actually perform a ai function. That is totally unacceptable they must be nerfed. I mean why even build obers? They got no at, you have to by a mg or stg (both nerfed) and you got 4 man squad (same as falls and jli though). If you are not going spec. op for the stg and/or the rest of the doctrinal uses you really have no reason to build obers. Plus unless you tech up super fast jli,fuss and falls come out earlier and provide more ai killing and or engine killing.
Edit: Volks suck as ai. They are only good for the assault nade destroying buildings and picking up equipment.

In all seriousness though, almost all anti-personnel capable infantry that the Axis have has been nerfed to some degree. It's one of the reasons I find that Allied infantry spam has become so ludicrously effective and pervasive in most ladder rankings. |
