when do the E8's arrive?
i foresee stugIII's and flakht's ripping this to shreds.
Depends how successfuly you play your rifles, can't say more precise, coz last my game was month ago, lol. But they come before panthers, tigers, and other heavy stuff.
And Stugs? Nobody builds stugs in 3v3/4v4, its either t3 for double p4 into tigers or heavy t1 with double at guns into panthers or other more complicated stuff. For flak you have your own aa, m20 crews with zooks, and allies for everything else. |
this sounds absurd and counter-intuitive to me. what's your build order?
Double rifles into double call-in rifles into lieutenant into ambulance into bars, everything past bars depends on global situation/enemy tiers, but, most likely, as i said above, it is fuel caches (which, btw, give much needed cp's) into e8's. |
Rifles Doc usefulness depends on map. If there many close combat (lienne right) or buildings (ettelbruck) it is super good. Spam rifles, spam elite rifles, rush bars, roll over everything, never tech past t1 and dump all free mp into fuel caches.
Thing is in scenario where there is only one usf player, that usf player should go jacksons, because they THAT good, and therefore, there is no reason to play rifles.
Recon only semi-useful thanks to pathfinders barrage, aside form it this doctrine is total garbage. |
Tank Hunters? You mean Kubel Hunters?
This doctrine is terribly designed and falls into same spot where all "fun to play" allied doctrines fell: use call-ins or die by call-ins. |
No. There is difference between what is good and what is acceptable, but what we got now is disgusting. |
Balance, Performance and Bug Fixes, Ladder, Gameplay Improvements (aka death to call-in meta and some rng like main gun destroyed), New Commanders to start fixing balance again (or relic could actually balance them before release)
Dream CoH |
I am not against any forms of customizations, but all this durability thing is looks troubling to say at least.
Relic aren't going full retard to make coh2 pay2play game you already bought, are they? |
Conspam and Riflespam early game can be extremely difficult to deal with for Axis due to the shear weight of so much infantry, not to mention the increased amount of indirect fire.
1 well microed kubel.
Ostheer get's pretty much reduced to a support faction due to the insane amounts of increased DPS. The 4 model squad problem becomes even more of an issue as the amount of indirect on the field greatly ramps up.
Pure gren blobs armed with g43 work surprisingly well. Thing is, thanks to obers ultimate AI power its better to bring some mgs, mortars and use grens defensively, dumping all spare mp into caches. |
Kubel into triple volks, ultra aggressive play.
Maxims is joke this patch. If it is building map (Moscow outskirts enemy cutoff buildings is good example), and you see t2 in fog of war, rush most important building with your first sturmipo, kubel and first volks, back cap with second/third. You won, until you double teamed, and even then if you manage to get into building, you won as it is takes awful amount of time to force sturms which will be replaced with second volks form the building with maxims, and building mortars this early is suicide. Balanced okw is balanced.
On open maps just use kubels to suppress maxims while flanking with other units, he would be forced to retreat, and it is impossible to lose kubel to any maxims opening until you fucked up.
If you still have problems, use infiltration grenades to counter maxims in buildings, and rush obers. Lone Maxim under vet 2 obers fire on close-medium distance usually would be dead if he started retreating after losing first model. Balanced okw still balanced. |
Isn't Russian economy already collapsed? Kappa
Depends on what you want to call "collapse". For people who survived fall of USSR it is noting, but for others Russian currency felt pretty hard. |
