Nonsense. If you losing to stukas, you probably should consider building vehicles instead of waiting for callins with your mp-based army.
Stuka punishes what it should punishes, nothing less, nothing more, its far from op calliope and land matress, which can wipe mass retreats as well as lone squads in first salvo with relative ease.
I once build 3 mortars double bofors 5 repair forward assemblies. Whole enemy team tried to bombard this with something like 3 stukas, static arty and several panzerwerfers with 0 result.
Meanwhile i still made most kills and damage.

I even stopped playing random allies bcs of this BS, hightly-skilled british player, which tries to play infantry game is basically worse than trash noob who knows how properly abuse cancer to its full glory.
Currently Ram has a fair amount of RNG involved in its use and doesn't work well as either a last-resort or a support ability.
It works well as a last-resort ability, because, first, it boosts speed significantly and allows to close on speedy tanks (blitzing panther etc) to land a shot before ramming it, and, second, have potential to do damage.
However, it is very badly designed and out of place ability, which, if buffed, would degradate armor play to all-in RNG ram rushes again, and therefore, should be removed.
People definitely did, not least of which is triple vet stack for Rifles. This scales them up far faster than their German counterparts and unfairly so. Bulletins should either be useless or provide some slight variant on something, aka commander lite.
In fact if they decide to prevent them from stacking they maybe able to make the bulletins better in general because they know you can only have 1.
Even without stacking bulletins are pretty imbalanced.
KT has 10% more exp bulletin while comet has 5%, what a joke. Same goes for over 9k bulletins for panthers/tigers and only few bulletins for semi-comparable allied medium tanks (and what use e8s would have without triple pen bulletins, lol).
