OK, I watched you replay and my best advice:

Get another team mate, there was a huge skill gap between you and your mate. Unless it's a real life friend, dump him, makes no sense to give you hints and tips when your mate simply can't cope with it, since he lacks practice.

Here some things I noticed:

6 Osttruppen are too much, get some team weapons additionally, you had luck, that your opponent was not rushing any early vehicle, it would've slaughter your Osttruppen spam.
You want to have combined arms, to counter any situation that might come.

You rushed your flame half truck blindly into opponents without microing it, but you probably know that.

At one point in the game you were floating an insane amount of MP (1200+) while having only 50 popcap. Spend your resources, they won't help you if they are on the bank.

You could've supported your team mate by flanking his opponent after you destroyed the main force of your opponent. The problem is that Gelsenkirchen Refinery is a big map and you can't really help your team mate like on other maps, so you eventually end up in a 2x 1vs1 game. The map design just sometimes doesn't allow much team play.

Also try to keep an overview of your units, you had often idle units doing nothing, instead they could've supported your team mate, who was struggling all the game long.

Don't remove the Kübel!

Instead, replace the doctrinal MG34 with the MG42. The MG34 becomes a stock unit in T2 or T3.

the problem with sturms is they are the starting unit (free unit) so it cant be to powerfull from the get go... thats why they were nerfed couple of times... and the combo with the kubel was too strong early on vs usf.

the solution would be to make the sturms better only if volks are going to be the starting unit so you would have to pay for them

you could make them the copy of pgrens in stats as well as the price of 340 mp (and to make it so they can be made only after one truck is set up so they dont come out to soon).

even without any buffs one thing is for sure... their exp needed to vet up should be looked at (mainly the exp needed from vet 2 to vet 3)

Factions start with a definate amount of base MP. The starting unit is subtracted from it. No unit is for free. The changes would not change the early game at all, only the mid-late game. So sturmpios could be actually a decent late game unit.

Dear diary,
the flame Hetzer is still useless and relic shows no intent to change that. I'm still shattered by the fact that I waited 1 1/2 years for new okw content and got this crap doctrine.

There is no perfect strategy right now for axis that you can follow which ensures wins. Situation has changed with the last patches. You have to react to your opponent and have counters ready in time.

Also try to be very aggressive with your mates in early game in order to win fast. You can not fight allies armour cost effectively in late game, especially the British tanks.

Unless you have a lot of experience and know the most different strategies, situations & maps by heart you will have a hard time.
