Just thread with questions about abilities
1. "Fire superiority" (SU ppsh airborne) - for what it used? If i correctly understand description, airborne squad get -90% to accuracy and enemy squad get -55% to accuracy and slowdown speed. Debuff to enemy movement will be work for enemy retreating squad? It will turn off if i use grenade or il-2 strafe?
2. Commisar attack buff - what means -50% weapon cooldown. It's ROF or what?

This ability should be used in situations where the unit is too far away to deal damage with their SMGs; by using this ability they can help your other squads by reducing an enemy squad's combat power. I believe the ability disengages when the squad is ordered to move. It might cancel when other abilities (grenade or IL-2 strafe) are used, I'm not sure.
2. Commisar attack buff - what means -50% weapon cooldown. It's ROF or what?
Cooldown is the time in between shots (rifles) or between bursts (automatic weapons).
So basically yes, it improves the ROF.

Hmm..i just think, how debuff to accuracy will work for HMG? It will decrease amount of suppression that HMG deal?

MGs deal both on hit and AOE suppression. As far as I know deceased accuracy doesn’t mean decreased missed bullet scatter, so probably not a dramatic decrease
Most of my ideas are probably bad, - but I try and share lots of them
