about conscripts,their ppsh now are out of date,compared to mp40's DPS
PPSh-41（Conscripts）：
射程（range）：0-35；距离判定(distance compared to accuracy，etc.)：10/16/30
单发伤害(damage)：4；精度(accuracy)：0.621/0.43/0.2；

参考dps(damage per second，WHICH YOU SHOULD LOOK AT)：9.739/1.297/0.303
MP-40（assualt greadiers，same with volkGD）：
（range）：0-35；(distance compared to accuracy，etc.)：10/17/30
(damage)：4；(accuracy)：0.66/0.375/0.12；
dps（old）：9.85/1.762/0.271

dps（come with new commanders update）：10.602/3.372/0.335
not balanced,absolutely not balanced
PLAN 1:conscrips have ppsh as upgrade without commander,keep the dps the same as now.and replace those ppsh in commanders'ability as dp28,which most of us chinese players long for
PLAN 2:just make ppsh mp40 alike,5 ppsh and 5 mp40 with the same DPS,or 3 shock troop ppsh

So because one stat is lower than that of a unit from the opposite faction you think this alone makes it unbalanced? How about all the other attributes of these squads?

This is a game where asymmetrical factions fight each others so you can't compare one attribute in a vacuum without taking into account the other attributes AND all the other units and the combined arms that each faction can field as a whole.

well,for other attributes.it takes 0 ammo for assault grenadiers to get 5 updated mp40 and only 45 ammo for volkgrenadiers to get 5 updated mp40,with somke unlock and fragmentation unlock and survivability increment while conscripts need 60ammo to get THREE without any other effects.WOW,even more balanced.

1- Just because you can take out numbers from the modtools, means that you know what they mean in the context of the game.

2- While we have a lot of people whose first language is not English, making a little effort in making your point been understand and more so doing proper formatting to your thread goes miles ahead in getting any constructive discussion going forward.
