What do you think about giving the USF AAHT smoke?

I've wondered if it would be fair to give this unit smoke cover just like the OKW HT. It dies in just two shots from AT guns or tanks, it's got terrible manuverability, and it's just a huge pain in the ass to baby sit and drive backwards all the time.

Pressing U instead of right clicking isnt hard, honestly.

USF AAHT is also mobile and can suppress on the move unlike OKW AA which requires a setup time making it more vulnerable to AT

The Flak HT vs AAHT matchup is interesting.

On the one hand, the Flak HT gets smoke and 360-degree firing, but on the other, the AAHT can fire on the movie / has no setup time. I don't think it needs smoke, but the awkward reverse-movement thing could use some adjustment.

I don't think the main gun shoots on the move, it is just the mgs. My only issue is sneaky reketans murdering it.

Maybe give it a timed ability that detects stealth units sort of like infantry tracking on the 222.

I don't think it needs smoke at all. It's more manueverable than the OKW flaktrack.

I would give the British and Soviet quad smoke instead

What the AA halftrack needs is a a vehicle target only mode, this unit would be alot better if you could do that so it can dive chase a low hp luchs/halftrack but half the time it will target a random nearby infantry making chasing ineffective.

It's terrible at attacking ground, so it would be a bit self defeating

It's actually just not very good right now though, I would rather build a quad, which costs a bit less fuel and is supressing just as well as the AA HT, easier to micro too

I dunno I think it's pretty good overall. I wish the mgs had better suppression though, since it seems like the cannon does most of it and that thing has a long reload sometimes (or it'll just hit elevation in the terrain and do nothing).
