Active spectator mode coh2?

A question to the developer.
I think its a essential feature also for all shoutcast crews.

Will there be an live spectator mode for live shoutcasting?

not really possible as we don't play on thq servers but we play off our own connections.

just and extra 4-8 (changed because of need for more than 3 to do livecasts.) slots so players could watch the game live ofc it would be so they cannot talk to the players and (ingame anyways.) and ofc be invite only as so not to have a bunch of random strangers watching your game when you don't want them 2.

also spectator menu bar designed for spectators so they can see statistics and stuff. that and improve the replay system so casters have more tools at there disposal. those are 2 big things i want for coh2 if it has any chance of becoming a esport it needs to have these features.

Not at launch, I'm afraid. However, I know Quinn really wants to implement some post-launch features that will help with replays/casting at some point; and I do too after hearing about what you guys have to do for stuff like SNF. Running three replays and syncing them all sounds like a pain the butt.

What? Since DoW 2 had up to 6 or 8 spectators for a 1v1 I imagine CoH 2 would have at least 2 slots.

another thing that would make things easier (and would also be a great thing in general)... watch replays with your friends. i.e. you open up a replay like a skirmish, you can invite your friends, they automatically download the replay, host can start/pause the replay etc.
would be great for casting and great in general if you want to show your friend a replay/mentor somebody or whatever.

Ahhh damn hopefully it does eventually come. I always enjoyed watching obs games, especially when learning things.

This is probably the single most important thing to have for esports, it's not possible to imagine future without it. Not only does it make the casting process more complicated, which is only an half-issue, but it makes casting not live! Imagine watching super bowl or any of your favorite sport knowing the match has been recorded hours ago... And some already know the result. And champs can't enjoy the moment of victory as they would to not spoil it. This is totally lame.

Not at launch?

That's suprising. I thought that it would be given in a game like CoH2 especially when thinking about esports.
