This isn't the new vet bonuses right? Can someone tell me exactly what officer vet 2 is after todays patch?
I am hoping they both get the reload bonus that Captain has always had so Bazookas are a bit stronger on Lieutenant.
Captain and Lt. now share same vet 2 bonuses question...

As far as I get it.
15% Reload was added to the LT Vet2.
The veterancy thing is a buff I think.
Not sure about the RA, that sounds like specification that they both get RA at vet two, like the Captain old bonus of -29%

Another question is do they both have Lt.'s 25% weapon Cooldown at vet 2 or Captain's 15% cooldown?

LT was designed with BARs on mind while captain was with zooks, therefore one got cooldown and other reload.
This got all messed up when their weapons got swapped and their vet completely went against their weapons.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

I looked in Attribute Editor. It shows that:
Lt still has -25% weapon cooldown.
And captain still has -15% weapon cooldown, and -15% reload speed.

Yeah but the patch notes don't make it clear at all which vet 2 bonuses each has now.
