Every time I load up a game, I like to guess what opponents load out says about them since I find there's generally a pattern
players with:
only core infantry bulletins: mid tier "try hard" follow the meta player
purchased face plates: plays aggressively
multiple weapons team bulletins: will play statically
Mechanized Assault Doctrine: is on the spectrum
players who are still playing brit: will simcity
asian players: will blob and focus fire
triple at gun bulletins: will play passively and wait for you to make mistakes
default 1 infantry 1 mg 1 medium tank bulletin: pro player
wehraboo names like "panzer 9th division obersoldatenfuhrer": will blob premium units pzgrens/obers, skip vehicles except panther, tiger etc

Non-meta commanders: trying new stuff, probably better than general players
Sniper bulletins: better take some Rivotril before the match starts
Tiger bulletins with Tiger commanders: heavy T1 and T2 play, better place mines
Grenade bulletins with USF: Major League Baseball-level of throwing grenades. Probably better micro than general players
Any appearance of Cancer Emplacement Commander: goddamn
Sniper bulletins: better take some Rivotril before the match starts
Tiger bulletins with Tiger commanders: heavy T1 and T2 play, better place mines

If bulletins has no impact on the game then it's the only reason to equip them - maximum disguise.
Still, I am a "middle-tier tryhard" because core infantry is the thing you build every game. I mean, what's the point to equip something for TDs if your enemy could not build a single tank or you'll be rekt way before build your first TD anyway
