.. Anti-tank measures in the case of Allied forces are relatively weak compared to Axis...

What is the basis of this claim?

What is the basis of this claim?

Try to calculate the probability that all faction anti-tank firearms will penetrate the opponent's faction and the TTK accordingly. Basically, there is a difference of about 30% in TTK in AT-gun, and more than 50% in case of portable weapon such as bazooka. The TD difference makes this problem even more serious.

For example, Sherman tanks have 160 front armors, so Panzershreck with 180 to 160 penetration ratio is 100%. But Bazooka has a penetration of 130 to 110, so it has a penetration probability of 61.1% against Panzer4 with 180 front armor. The problem is that both have the same price of 2 weapon / 100 munitiom (only strumpioneer is different, which is probably due to the the weapon unlock upgrade is not required). And this is why Allied players love the anti-tank weapons of the Axis forces abandoned on the ground.

So it based on flaw stat:
You are not taking into account the difference in the price of tank, the difference in the price of weapons or the squad that wield them, the difference in accuracy and the difference in reload or the fact that hand held AT rockets do deflection damage or the fact that rear/side armor is very lower.

When it comes to hand held AT weapon allied weapon are used allot more.

Here some stat if you want to make a comparison of these weapon :
Bazooka
Damage 80
Accuracy near 0.063
Accuracy mid 0.048
Accuracy far 0.034
Penetration near 130
Penetration mid 120
Penetration far 110
reload 5.75

Super bazooka
Damage 100
Accuracy near 0.063
Accuracy mid 0.048
Accuracy far 0.034
Penetration near 160
Penetration mid 150
Penetration far 140
reload 5.75

Piat
Damage 100
Accuracy near 0.063
Accuracy mid 0.04217
Accuracy far 0.025
Penetration near 130
Penetration mid 116
Penetration far 110
Reload duration 5.75

P.shreck
Damage 120
Accuracy near 0.069
Accuracy mid 0.052
Accuracy far 0.028
Penetration near 180
Penetration mid 170
Penetration far 160
Reload duration 7.75

I don't think his point is contradicted there. That still shows that a
super bazooka (I didn't even know there were two versions of the bazooka) has a chance to fail at near to penetrate a p4, where-as a shrek won't fail to penetrate even at far (just miss).

Assuming a p4 has 180 armor indeed.

Allied non TD weapons make up for lack of pen by volume of fire. You want Shrek clones on literally every infantry squad you can field including squads that come free inside your armour and free when you tech up? Did you notice that all Shrek slinging squads are 4 men and costly to reinforce? Are you actually here about balance or simply looking at stats outside of context and claiming the grass is Greene? Outside the man AT all allies have over performing 60 range TDs. Try using them if you want 100% chance to pen and have the added bonus no chance of return fire.

-snip-

I shouldn't get snarky, especially when in another thread some guy with a doge avatar is accusing you of being an allies fanboy for suggesting that mortar flares =/= spec ops flares for okw.

Anyhoo, I'm not saying axis op pls nerf, just that if I have the choice of picking up a shrek on the ground or a bazooka on the ground, I'm going for the shrek.

I don't disagree that Shreks are better than zooks, but they are paid for accordingly. Squishy expensive squads vs literally any squad you bloody well want and in a few cases limited to a single buy. Pgrens are the only ones that get an efficient buy on Shreks and that's because it keeps them balanced as being an AT package that guts their AI.

+1

IMO schrecks vs. zooks/PIATs are not a problem.
