I mean it's a bug issue at this point, this tank keeps on missing EVERY SINGLE SHOT, it's a garbage tank.
I wish I had saved the replay, at one time I target a house at only 1m distance and the shot simply "flies" above it.

What the fuck?

it's not bad luck, it keeps happening on a every game I pick the T34/85.

This tank fucking misses all the time, even on rear sides.

What do you mean by this? The side of the tank you are shooting has nothing to do with accuracy.

Next time if you open a thread with this kind of topic you have to consider: Replay or it didn't happen. Other than that, my Panzer IV missed all the time too one day. But I guess RNG was not on my side that day.

And since i have here the role as Lead Strategist i have a protip for you:

Whenever you want to shoot with a tank, press "w" for stop, while you are driving around with your tank. It will increase your accuracy A LOT.
So test it out, to get a feeling how long the reload from each tank is.

And i fullagree with Theo btw.
