M1 carbine with accuracy (0.403/0.518/0.805) is good fight mid-close Range
when fight in open field it risk to get Focus fire first and lose model first
You tell use Riflemen garand is nerf for ranger
Why not give better Garand gun profile to ranger ?
like obersoldaten Aimbot Kar98K (in timing arrive should not level same obersoldaten)
Ranger Info Form Commander Card It tell Their are elite with marksmanship skill why their cannot use garand with better skill ?

there's more to dps than mere accuracy.

the ranger carbine deal 10 damage compared to the rifleman garand's 8. the magizine on the carbine is also bigger (14 vs 8.5). Other facter led to higher dps for the ranger despite lower accuracy.

You can't just look at the accuracy and deduce dps from that. The coh tool have a dps export tool that spits out the dps of every weapon in the game.

I think the reason no Rangers were used in GCS2 has more to do with USF build orders at high level play than Rangers being bad or having a non-optimal weapons profile. Short story is that it's very hard to squeeze in a 400 MP unit at 3 CP when you already have several rifles and officer unit - it just sets you up for MP bleed or missing out on a vital support weapon at that time of the game. Factor in higher unit preservation at that play level and the chances of having to replace a Rifle squad that early is minimal so you just see a lot of BARed up Rifles. Personally I find Rangers to be one of the best Infantry units in game when you consider their target size, veterancy, and DPS.

I would like them to have the johnson's lmg, but I will take m1 grands instead too. The doctrine is quite strong in 1v1 and would require some adjusting to the pershing to keep it from being op. Pershing is a squad murdering machine currently.

It seems so. The pershing vets up faster, but it also dies quicker too. I would not mind if the pershing was locked until all buildings were researched.

Rosbone: Knowing how companies work, I imagine a new hire making the menus. The API they are using is complicated and things were hard to figure out. But at some point QA or management should have addressed these things. Usually within 6 months of starting.
