pls help with installing ccm on NON-STEAM version

Hi i need help with installing ccm on non-steam version, everywhere is tutorial for fuc**ng steam! But not for retail version, so i know that i need put ccm in root folder but where i have to write -dev ? I tried almost all boxes where is writed "Company of Heroes 2" but it doesn't work...sry for grammar and my bad english.

You can get the steam version by typing your product code into steam "add steam game" dialog. If you dont want to use steam for some reason, for example you don't agree with steam licence, then you can also find generic installation instructions on moddb.
