What do you consider a top, very good, good, average, casual, bad, very bad or new player in terms of rank ?

So what do you guys think about the ranks ?
What do you consider a top, very good, good, average, casual, bad, very bad or new player in terms of rank ?
I don't think rank is too important, but for being a hypocrites sake I'd say that I consider a "good player" anyone around my skill level. What I mean by that is good = fun and competitive. Very good = someone i'm going to sweat against and likely lose and top is just the guys you expected at the top of the leaderboard. But I like to consider these "classifications" as more personal rather than some overall system like the top 1000 is good and so on and so forth. If you catch my drift.

I'm guessing you're above average in the top 1000, pretty good top 500, really good top 100. But that's just pulling numbers out arbitrarily :-P

I think that we should say to developers, that they should return CoH - rank system. I even register on this forum and was created theme about this (http://www.coh2.org/topic/7193/coh2-ladders/page/1#post_id69683).
