According to patch notes:
20mm Flak Emplacement
* Cost from 200/10 to 220/25
* Build time from 120 to 100
* Can pick-up nearby Med Kits
* Now uses 251 Flak Half-track’s 20mm flak weapon
* Range indicator added
* Minimum range removed
* Can operate at 1 man and cannot be decrewed by small arms
The Soviet sniper can kill the gunners decrewing the weapon.
I addition the range of the weapon seems to be 40 and not 45 as 251 flak weapon (at least according to cruzz).
20mm Flak Emplacement not performing as intended.

Could either be a bug or a hold over from older notes used. How can a flak emplacement also pick up medkits
. Im only picturing the gun lifting itself from the ground and scooching/sliding to the medkits.

It means that when you deploy them right next to it and then click them with it selected, it'll get healed.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Nice finding....i thought it was intend to have lower range than the OKW HT and decrew by sniper...but yes..the patch notes say something other...
