Propaganda ability?

hi.

i just played a match using propaganda like 5 times!

does anyone have the stats on that ability?

i figure its random based but i will still like to know how it exactly works.
does it also works on units in buildings?

potentially it supposed to be a good counter against spams.

Hey BoarGuy, I'm not sure if it works against garrisoned units but I know it doesnt work on Pak's. Great for stopping blobs or seperating armor from its support. I usually use it to set up for an incendiary barrage or to stop an assault and counter attack.

i think it should have its munition cost lowered. after all it is the German strafe equivalent. cost about the same, covers less area and last less.

That's nice, it's got nothing to do with what the op asked though. Kappa

Propaganda is a great ability, each burst of leaflets has a chance to pin the units caught inside it (I don't think its 100% as I have seen units not pinned by it, but it's still high). It also has a smaller chance to force the units to retreat without the opposition player commanding them to do so. Rather effective for its cost.

I don't think it works on units in buildings, as typically units in them are immune to suppression/pinning.

I think it's pretty good with the good old SU-85 of OPness and with the T-2 units. You need to get the LOS to use it. Don't have the stats, there's a chance to suppress, chance to pin and chance to force retreat, I think. Don't know what the balance is, exactly. Definitely useful as a blob counter, flank counter, supporting infantry counter etc. etc.

@Cuatro - I think strafe needs to be nerfed rather than the other way round.
