Title says it all really. I recall it was changed a while back for Ost medics (and possibly others?) because they spent all their time chasing infantry instead of healing the ones right in front of them.
Well, OKW medics are doing just that currently. I guess the change was either missed for OKW, or accidentally reverted. For that reason, I figure it's worthy of the 'bug' category.

The change we were allowed to make back then was for retreating infantry only.
Chasing after moving infantry is actually better if you're planning on using your medic station as a soft retreat station (or if you're relocating your retreated troops in front of the medHQ).

Ah rats. Could a mod please move this thread out the bugs section then?
