When will vet 5 get proper xp requirements ?
The "vet 5 is other factions vet 3" thing must go both ways.
At this moment Vet 2 okw comes at the same time of other factions vet 2.
This means that in smaller game modes is factually impossible to benefit from a "normal" veterancy.
Any hotfix soon ?

The problem is not that since vet 4/ vet 5 bonuses are more utility.
The problem is OKW vet 3 bonuses have not been adjusted (have simply been removed) and are currently lower than other faction.
VG's vet3 bonuses are lower than conscript's vet3 bonuses
Penal's vet 3 bonuses are higher than most OKW vet bonuses
and so on...
Generally speaking the whole vet system need an overhaul (actually it needed one 2 years ago before they started redesign factions):
XP values/speed need to be adjusted
Vet abilities need to become more useful/better designed to unit's role
Vet bonuses need to be adjusted and custom tailed for each unis role

Completely agree with this post too, vet nerf has been way too incisive without providing anything back, any faction mainlime get better veterancy than volksgrenadiers, any TD get more useful veterancy than jadgpanzer 4/panther.
But even just to start, a lot of good could be done if units could at least reach vet 5 as others reach vet 3, even ig such vet 5 has been lazily nerfed with the "weaker veterancy" not being simply weaker but also badly implemented.
