Multiplayer Input/Delay/Lag

Hello all and happy new year i hope you are enjoying your holidays!
Well i have been having this issue that started most possibly due to the new patch?
When i have a multiplayer game no matter what format it is 1v1 , 2v2 etc i have about 3seconds delay even tho CELO reports that game server ping is 140-160ms. I did not have this issue before everything was fine.
It is not my computer or my connection and i have no other issues in any other game just COH2. I have tried disabling firewall/ antivirus with no change.
GTX 1080
7700K
32Gb RAM
I am getting mad because game has become impossible to play...Can anyone help me out?

I had this issue a couple of days ago.

3 - 4 seconds input delay, game freezing, game speeding up.

Nothing changed on my end and my ping according to celo was the same or better than normal.

Issue just went away and game is back to normal...

After the last patch, my friends and I noticed that the units got worse response to the commands.

Probably wont help but worth a shot, restart your modem / router if you have not done already.
