As far as I know it is not Mr.Smith who works in balance changes but a team. Mr.Smith on top of everything else responds to post on behalf of the team.
At this point once more I have to make it clear that this not about what the balance team is doing. They trying to improve a game and people need to congratulate them for the their hard work.
This is about Relic. COH2 is a product of Relic and all patches come from Relic. Relic is the only one responsible for all and any changes that make it in the game.
