Believe it or not, mods already pretty heavily monitor the forums. If they see something they don't like it disappears pretty fast. My suggestion is to buck up a bit.

If someone is truly offended by someone else, they can always pm some mods, instead of making some kind of public display. Since this wasn't actually even directed at you, I assume you are just angling to bring some punishment on someone because you were losing your argument in that forum to him, while admittedly, not in the nicest manner of argument. Which brings into question your style of arguing a point... to try and shut up the opposition... hmm
