Game or games after i've been a bad boy and by that i mean dropping games or going afk or teamkilling i have a feeling in games played after that my units are less effective. Or can't hit shiit.
Is it possible in some way for the game to do things like that, punish for doing bad bad things, i mean is it possible that game is engineered like that?

Sometimes you just have those games where the RNG just happens to shit on you.
Dropping games or going AFK means that either you lack the interest to play the game or you're tired. As for team killing, why? Unless you maliciously attacked other people's units/buildings, avoid it as best you can.
