It is like 1.5 times better than the PIV, arrive 10 minutes earlier and yet it costs less.

I can see your point - the Cromwell is clearly superior and that extra 5 fuel for the PZ4 definitely adds another 10 minutes till you can build it.

Uh given what stats you've named, it's like saying grens are twice as good as rifles because their weapons deal 16 per hit instead of 8.

Point is, there are are a lot more relevant stats and components at work here.

Reload speed, acceleration, handling, and speed would probably round it out right? And maybe even mg dps.

Target size, turret rotation, top speed, not to mention faction teching and design as well as timing of units accompanying the cromwell, etc.

And that's just off th e top of my head.

True true (already mentioned speed though). Does target size even play a role in coh2 tank battles though? I know it did in coh1, but I have no idea about coh2

Target size does.

An accuracy of 0.025(most tanks) at max range will hit a Panzer IV (size 22) around 55% of the time before modifiers.

An accuracy of 0.04 (most TDs) at max range will hit the same Panzer IV around 88% of the time before modifiers.

Why are you guys even replying to Ullumullu? He's like a less intelligent version of Katitof only for the Axis factions in the game. All allied tanks could get removed from the game and he'd still find something that is OP on Allies.

I agree but if you look at those they are so close to each other that it's not really all that important - I just wanted to show the really big stuff like their ability to penetrate each other and AOE vs. infantry. If someone wants to argue that Cromwell's slightly better speed or turret rotation makes it as as over the top good as OP suggests then by all means... The point is that Cromwell has had so many nerfs since Brits launch that it's balanced now.
