Regarding the live event:
1) Are their going to be entertainment in addition to the 3+4 place match and final? For example will their be any show games = AE vs Stormless etc or soap eating contests?
2) Is the final best of 5 or best of 7?
3) Will there be food?
4) What time will it end?
5) Do we need to bring our printed out playercards?

1) likely yes. Although not sure if it'll be show match or third place play off yet.
2) 7.
3) yes.
4) 8-10pm matches finish likely. the after party afterwards 12-1am finish likely. Just estimates.
5) No not really, but I am creating a list of people coming, follow the advice on the post.
