LOL T34/85 is apparently a very good tank. But no one says it "one hit wipe" or elefant penetration; up to a point i think this little medium tank just have too much health and too much firepower with that fuel cost.

Doesn't Soviet already have a ton of commanders? Shouldn't the factions with very few commanders like OKW get more?

I hope they will be done in cooperation with the balance team, so they support their vision of the game. Also, because I hope for them to be useful, but not OP, so they dont need to be addressed in the next balance patch. Still awesome to see though.

Why not more for Axis though?

The ones that are not portraits of players have been in the game files for quite some time - they are not new. So I don't think we can hope for any content being released in the near future.
