The super annoying MG that doesn't want to setup is still in place, this makes using mgs impossible for me since they only setup when enemies are in range (which always tend to be too late).
I think mortars suffers from the same problem, but it's not that noticeable. Don't know about ATGs.
MG bug still exist.

Can you describe the bug as you found it with as much detail as possible?
For example, what map, what type of MG, was it ever able to set up, etc.
If possible a replay or a video is helpful.

are you guys serious? this happens with everyone all the time...
you tell MG to setup and they don't, just try it for yourselves a few times and you will see it.

MGs never auto setup, until you force them to do so.
You have to force them dragging the right mouse buttom to position them.

I tried to replicate it on cheatmode and It was much rare now than before the patch, but it still happening, I managed to make a video, going to upload later.

Easy, don't insult people.
I have had issues with units not always setting up and when I reissue the order they always do. From your report it appears that the unit cannot do so unless it engages in combat. If you issue the command again does it set up the MG?
This is not going to be solved in a 5 minute form chat, but if we can get the details down the mod team has been very good about finding and squashing bugs.
