Like in the late game whats your preferred unit distribution , in manpower . How many should be infantry and how many heavy machinery

Depends on your faction, enemy faction, map, teching order, doctrine, your microing ability and resource income.

Generally? Kinda hard to say but here's my idea... 3 Core inf squads, 1 HMG, 1 Mortar, 1-2 AT guns, 1-2 squads of elite infantry, 1 medium tank, one heavy tank (panther and comets included)

In overall, it is best to have 4 infantry units. If you have mp float, then ~~costumize~~customize your army in terms of infantry units depending on your strategy and commander.

sov = 2 cons + 2 guards OR 2 cons + 2 maxims OR 3 cons + 1 mortar etc.
ost = 4 grens OR 3 grens + 1 hmg etc.
usf = 4 rifles OR 3 rifles + 1 mortar etc.
okw = 3 volks + 1 sturmpio OR 2 volks + 2 sturmpios etc.
ukf = 3 inf sections + 1 engineer OR 3 inf + 1 hmg etc.

Best build for USA in general right now is 3 rifles and mortar into fast stuart into weapon racks + ambulance + 4th rifle into sherman.

You will have to change it to your oponent build order as well (EG if he went fast oswing, getting armor co and m10 instaed of teching is better and so on)
