Since when did a Flak Headquarters, Flak Emplacements in base and a Flakpanzer become unable to shoot down the USA airborne call in? The fucking planes were flying over me forever while those dumb crews missed every shot.

Was this another thing that relic "removed due to making people sad?".

Another common concern we’ve seen is that OKW’s default AA is unfairly advantageous when compared to all other factions that are required to spend resources to build AA.

OKW base Flak Gun chance to shoot down aircraft has been reduced to 0.5%

Wow ok. You can tell how much 1v1 I have played in the last 1.5 years - mainly been playing 3v3 where it's very rare to see USA airborne.

What about the Flak Panzer and Flak HQ? Given their cost I would hope them to do more...

AAHT is the way to go if you want to take out planes. It rapes them quite hard.

Oh ok, I'll give them a try. Been looking for a reason to get that unit as it's great but then becomes much less useful - could be a way to give it more life thanks.
