Enforce readable text size in forum

While it is questionable why people want to post a whole post in font sizes unreadable normally without zooming into it. Could we enforce text to be mimimally readable as a whole, the small fonts should only exist as subscripts for special uses.

I agree the fonts are too dark and too large lets change them.
