Strafe has pretty much shut down a lot of games in 1v1s and 2v2s and it is just seriously too frustrating to play against. So I've stopped playing for a while as a result.
However, if you post here, you will agree not to use strafe until it gets patched.
That way, we can have, at least, some certainty decent games can be played out.
Gentleman's agreement not to use strafe if you post here.

Can someone explain me what does "strafe" refer to in context of coh2? I know what a strafe jupming is, in context of FPS games like quake, but my guess thats not the case...

And no it doesn't pin down retreating infantry. Well, technically, it does. That's a bug with suppression in general and rarely happens. It's as likely to happen using a Maxim or MG42 as it is with Strafe.

Blizzards are great and can be used to your advantage. If someone uses strafe, you cannot use that to your advantage.

Permanently Banned82mm mortar accuracy is identical to 81mm mortar accuracy, as far as I know.
It does however have larger AoE ro asymetrically balance it vs 81s faster rate of fire.
